Behavior that violates the learning pupil rule of conduct includes, it is not restricted to:
- Possession or usage of alcohol underneath the drinking age that is legal
- Purchase, manufacture or distribution of liquor;
- Possession of alcohol that surpasses amount restrictions. The quantity limit per student is: 15 beers OR 1.5 liters of wine OR 1 pint of hard alcohol (no higher than 80 proof and not stimulant-enhanced), but not to exceed 60 beers OR 3.0 liters of wine OR 1 liter (2 pints) of hard alcohol, regardless of the number of occupants for students who are of legal age. Empty containers will undoubtedly be counted towards the amount limitations. Possession of kegs or any other alcohol that is large products (i.e., trash cans, alcohol balls) are forbidden;
- Presence at a gathering with underage ingesting or that surpasses volume restrictions;
- Possession or usage of ingesting paraphernalia typically associated or used with extortionate consuming (such as for instance consuming funnels, alcohol bongs, alcohol pong tables, or taps);
- Procedure of an automobile, bike or any other motorized as a type of transport intoxicated by alcohol;
- Punishment (needing medical assistance, passing out, vomiting, loss in memory or hospitalization) or high-risk consuming tasks, such as for example consuming big amounts of alcohol, eating alcohol at an accelerated speed (chugging), utilization of liquor with medicine or other managed substances, involvement (current or active) in consuming games, and/or any task that promotes drinking that is irresponsible
- Utilization of alcohol containers, packaging or signage for design;
- Possession or usage of alcohol, no matter age, outside authorized residence hallway spaces or in alcohol-free spaces on campus including, although not limited by, designated residence halls (in other terms., South Campus: Maple, Cedar, Willow, Stonewall, Baypoint) and educational structures without previous approval and following University procedures for serving liquor; and
