Tottenham confirm Hugo Lloris dislocated elbow in Brighton loss

Hugo Lloris sustained a dislocated elbow at the 3-0 defeat of Tottenham at Brighton, the club have confirmed.
The Spurs captain spilled a Pascal Gross cross in the foot of Neal Maupay, that exploited in to give a third-minute direct at the Amex Stadium to Brighton.
Lloris landed on his left armstayed down for five minutes and had been given oxygen because he was stretchered off.
The France goalkeeper moved to hospital, and early on Saturday day Tottenham released a statement confirming that the extent of Lloris harm.
We can affirm that Hugo Lloris sustained a dislocated elbow throughout todays match against Brighton, the statement read.
Our club captain has been stretchered off as a consequence of the injury and will now return to London this day after being appraised at a nearby hospital.
Assessment will continue this coming week to determine the entire extent of the injury and the amount of time he will require in order to undergo rehabilitation.
Tottenham manager Mauricio Pochettino suggested Lloris injury was a severe one.
